Disaster Response, Simplified

Deploy Hope is an integrated platform that gives disaster response organizations everything they need to manage intake, field operations, and volunteers - in one place, on one system.

Get Started

Disaster response demands coordination, not complexity

When disaster strikes, relief organizations are pulled in every direction: fielding calls from affected residents, dispatching volunteer teams, tracking skills and certifications, managing work orders - often with spreadsheets, disconnected tools, and too few staff.

Deploy Hope replaces that patchwork with a single, purpose-built system designed for how volunteer-driven and non-profit disaster relief teams actually work: on the phone, in the field, and frequently without reliable internet connectivity.

Volunteers Skills, certs & readiness
Intake Call center & help requests
Dispatch Field ops & work orders
1 Platform Everything connected

From the field. For the field.

Deploy Hope is built by disaster-response volunteers, for the agencies, organizations, and individuals on the front line. Our mission is to support disaster response with practical software, training, and coordination tools - grounded in field experience, and built to fit into the wider response.

Deploy Hope is an IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) public charity (EIN 39-2355572). We run on a cost-recovery model: service fees from paying organizations fund the platform, and we work with smaller all-volunteer teams and groups responding to active disasters on what fits their budget.

Three phases. One platform.

Deploy Hope is a single connected platform - one volunteer record, one source of truth, one workflow from readiness through recovery.

Rally

Know your people

The central hub for volunteer lifecycle management. One identity across the entire platform: skills, certifications, background checks, waivers, training, availability, and deployment readiness.

  • Single identity across all apps with multi-factor authentication
  • Skills tracking with proficiency and expiration
  • Background check and waiver workflows
  • Training event management and certification
  • Deployment readiness scoring and geographic search

Reach

Be the first voice

A browser-based call center and public intake portal. Volunteers answer a toll-free hotline from any computer - no special equipment needed - and create structured help requests that flow directly into field operations.

  • Browser-based softphone with IVR routing
  • Structured intake with geocoded addresses
  • Priority assessment and queue management
  • Public site info, hours, and donation coordination
  • Real-time call analytics and wait times

Respond

Organize the recovery

Field operations and dispatch for volunteer teams. Manage work orders, track team locations, capture on-site assessments, and optimize routes - all from a progressive web app that works fully offline.

  • Work order creation, assignment, and tracking
  • Offline-capable PWA with automatic sync
  • Self-hosted mapping and route optimization
  • On-site damage assessments with photo capture
  • Team check-in/check-out and hours tracking

Built for clarity under pressure

What makes Deploy Hope different

Purpose-built for volunteer-run organizations operating in difficult, unpredictable conditions.

Offline-First

Field teams work without internet. Data syncs automatically when connectivity returns, with built-in conflict resolution.

Secure by Default

Encrypted personal data, multi-factor authentication, audit logging, and role-based access control across every application.

Geographic Intelligence

Built-in mapping, geocoding, route optimization, and radius-based volunteer search - all self-hosted with no external vendor lock-in.

Operational Monitoring

Real-time dashboards, structured logging, and automated alerts so your team knows when something needs attention.

No Special Equipment

Everything runs in a browser. Volunteers use their own computers and phones. No software to install, no app stores, no IT department.

Your Data, Your Server

Each organization gets its own dedicated instance with its own branding. No shared tenancy, no data mingling, full control.

One workflow, three phases.

An incident flows through Deploy Hope end to end - readiness becomes intake becomes dispatch - with no handoff gaps and no data re-entry between steps.

1

Rally

Track every volunteer's skills, certifications, and background checks year-round. When disaster strikes, you already know exactly who is trained, cleared, and ready to deploy.

2

Reach

Residents call your hotline. A trained volunteer answers from their browser, captures the need, geocodes the address, and assesses priority - and the help request flows straight into dispatch.

3

Respond

Help requests become work orders. A team with the right skills assembles, routes to the site, and checks in - even without cell service - while their hours and assessments roll up against each volunteer's record.

Transparent, sustainable pricing

Deploy Hope is operated as a managed service so your team can focus on response, not infrastructure. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we use a cost-recovery model and work with each organization on what fits their budget. Upgrade, downgrade, or pause any time.
